The Avodah Framework®

Align. Build. Send. Three movements. Five phases.

Overview

The Avodah Framework is the foundational operating model of Avodah Dynamics. It moves a builder through three movements — Align, Build, and Send — across five phases, taking a person from foundation to execution. It answers a single question at every stage: am I building on something that can hold the weight of who I am becoming?

Purpose

To take Kingdom Builders from inspiration to execution by aligning them to God first, forming their discipline, leadership, and identity, and then sending them out to build. It closes the gap between what people believe on Sunday and how they work on Monday.

Principles
01

Phase 01 — Faith-Driven (Align)

Align to God before anything else. The question: Am I building on something that can hold the weight of who I am becoming? The practice: root every ambition in identity in Christ.

02

Phase 02 — Discipline (Build)

Form the character that can carry the calling. Discipline through correction, not motivation — build the systems you keep when you do not feel like it.

03

Phase 03 — Leadership (Build)

Lead yourself, then others. Service is leadership; build people before you build platforms.

04

Phase 04 — Identity (Build)

Kill the old self and build the Kingdom Architect. Know who you are before you chase what you do.

05

Phase 05 — Execution (Send)

Turn vision into measurable action and be sent to build. Vision without execution is fantasy.

Frequently Asked
What are the three movements?
Align, Build, and Send — the arc from being grounded in God, to being formed, to being sent out to build.
Who is the framework for?
Kingdom Builders — anyone who wants their whole life, including their work, to be an offering to God.
How is this different from a productivity system?
It starts with alignment to God and identity in Christ, not with tasks. Execution is the fifth phase, not the first.
